      Each Pikes Peak rosin press includes two sets of orientation legs, so you can operate the press vertically or horizontally. Additionally, each and every rosin press we make is proudly made by hand in Denver, Colorado with top quality components at our factory.

      Firmware updates are easy with our custom PurePressure software application that works for Mac and Windows - if you ever have an issue, just plug it in to automatically run diagnostics. You can also unlock administrative features for your press with our powerful Pressware technology!

      If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within three business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address your provide when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within four business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@photonicLED.com.       Free shipping for orders over $100 is only available to destinations within the continental United States. Multiple item orders may be shipped separately and on different days. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may warrant additional shipping charges. If ordering from Alaska or Hawaii, please complete you order as normal (you will notice a unique shipping type is selected for Alaska/ Hawaii). An invoice will be sent to you after your order is received to cover the additional charges. You may also opt to contact us for a shipping quote before your purchase. 


      Most of our products can be shipped internationally using FedEx, UPS, USPS or other couriers. 

      To complete an International Order, please follow these steps

      • Select your country in the drop down list at checkout

      • Complete your order as normal (you will notice the Shipping method is automatically set to "Send Me a Shipping Quote for....")

      • After your order has been placed, we will calculate the shipping and send an invoice via email with a link back to our secure website.

      • Once payment is complete, we will ship your items as fast as possible and update you with a tracking number(s).

      We understand the importance of privacy to many of our customers. Orders placed on photonicled.com are shipped in plain brown boxes without any identifying markings.


      If you receive a defective, or incorrect product(s), we will pay for the return shipping costs as well as pay for getting the product(s) to you.

      Damaged in Shipping - It rarely happens, but once in a while products are damaged during shipping. Please inspect the packaging of your LED Grow Lights or Grow Tent for any physical damage before signing or receiving the package. If damaged, please ensure you reject the item(s) and/or let the courier know that the product is damaged at delivery, otherwise a full refund may not be possible. 

      Damage delivered by FedEx, UPS or USPS shall be reported by the customer to the courier company and file claim accordingly to the courier company. Photonic LED is not responsible for merchandise lost during or at delivery or damaged in transit. 



      Your satisfaction means a great deal to us. We will work with you to resolve any issues and replace your product(s) or refund your purchase within the terms of this policy. We will do our best to get back to you within one business day regarding your issue.


      Please request a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and return shipping information before returning any merchandise. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us before returning any and all items. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

      Photonic LED's return policy for a refund or replacement will vary depending on the brand of product(s) purchased. PhotonicLED.com honors the return policy offered by each manufacturer/supplier. When purchasing your product(s), you agree to the return policies below:

      To be eligible for a refund, your item must be: Unused in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it or in like new condition and free of wear. 
      All parts (i.e. cords, controllers, hangers) must be present when returned. Item(s) returned within the return window for any reason may incur a 15% restocking fee. California Lightworks and Unit Farm have a 25% restocking fee. Returns outside of the individual return windows will not be refunded. 


      Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you about your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. If your order received free shipping the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. 


      After your purchase, the product is subject to the respective company’s warranty policy. These policies may be found on the original supplier's/manufacturer's website or by contacting them. PhotonicLED.com is not responsible for replacing or repairing your product while under warranty. Although, we will assist you in getting your product replaced or repaired by coordinating with the original supplier/manufacturer.       Order cancellation is offered only in the event that the product(s) has not yet shipped, otherwise, a 15% restocking fee will apply if the order was already processed. No returns allowed on custom orders and clearance products.  If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
